Katie has been a certified Jazzercise Instructor for 12 years with a passion for empowering others through movement. She specializes in dynamic, results-driven classes that are accessible to all fitness levels. Known for her positive energy and supportive teaching style, Katie strives to create an environment where everyone feels welcome and encouraged.
Meet Teresa!
Teresa has been a Jazzercise Instructor for 18 years, but fell in love with the program back in 1981! She loves how Jazzercise is all-inclusive with a variety of music and intensity levels making it easy for anyone to jump in and get a great workout! She considers Jazzercise to be the fountain of youth and enjoys sharing her joie de vivre with all of the members.
